Luke Peers is a freelance videographer and photographer based in South West England, specialising in promotional content for independent artists, businesses and charities.
He studied at Southampton Solent University, completing a BA (Hons) in Digital Media. His passion for music and video production has led him to create content for some of the best up-and-coming local artists including; Pink Hotel, Govardo, Isobel Holly, Bee Bakare and Tell The Hoi.
He has worked closely with many artists and organisations, including commissions for Bookbarn International, Longwell Records, Pound Arts and Sofar Sounds.
Highlights so far have included; an acoustic video for indie-rock band Tell The Hoi being shared online by rock legend Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin). Live session videos for Pink Hotel featured on the NME website as part of NME’s Emerging Artist platform for new bands. Going on tour with acoustic folk duo Govardo and capturing their busking performances around Europe with a series of videos reaching over 250K views.
Luke is currently working on a series of guitar and ukulele video tutorials for InSession, a youth music project led by Pound Arts and supported by Wiltshire Music Connect.
